This little sweetie is called 'Cling Donut Day' Coloured with Copics combined Distress Ink/ Lavinia Stencil.
I've used Xcut adhesive metal effect sheet with Memory Box dies for the sentiment. The packet of Sheets as been on my desk for over 4 years! {gift from D.I.L.}I know because the sentiment I used last time was a Christmas card for a very small Granddaughter lol.
