A CAS card from me today..
LOve these little birdies from Tim Holtz..I even plunged for the dies to match!
He was coloured with Distress Inks Spun Sugar/Vintage photo.....Copics for the balloon and party hat..I've a sheet of 'wobbly eyes' so he has a set of these on lol..Black pen for the 'string' and cord to keep the hat on! Papers from stash..
