CLYDE SPRING

Good Afternoon!
Floods have receded in the Village. Lots of skips still about though..A few centers have opened with furniture being donated for people in need..Hubbies Uncle at 78 is still staying at MIL's who is 90! and boy do they argue all the time....Feel as though they could do with a 'naughty step' if it was at all possible.  Friends shop is up and running again too as are all shops..My friend  was without Electricity for a few days..Shops selling food with refrigeration was the first priority.

Now this little sweetie lives at Bugaboo Stamps and he's called Clyde Spring
Coloured with Copics..I've paper pieced the flower..Glitter on the Butterfly..Papers/Embellishments from stash..

Another super fun card! Love how you did his scales! So glad the flooding has ended and power is back on. We went three days without power and running on a generator during a bad storm, so I know what it's like with no power and no water. Hope the weird weather settles down. It caused lots of damage here in the US this past week.

I really don't know why but this image really made me laugh, then I read about all the problems of the floods and it soon wiped the smile off my face.
Brilliant card and a great image.

I saw your card over at the Eureka challenge first. He's a real cutie! that paper behind him looks a bit scaly too. Very fun!

Your card, as always, is gorgeous Chrissy. Love the cute image and the way you've coloured him so 'scaly'!
So terrible to read of the devastation the floods have caused, so far we seem to have escaped the worst of it in the SE, but we're so aware of the awful problems it's causing for so many people further north.
I did have to smile though at the thought of your MIL and uncle sitting on the naughty step...
Take care Chrissy and here's hoping that the weather improves very soon.
