Yikes! I'm here again with another card.
This 'happy chappy' lives at Doctor Digi and is called Rescue Squad Coloured with Copics and cut out on the Silhouette. There's lots of Glossy Accents on his nose and Glitter on the fur. Felt snow too. Die-namics / Precision Cutting Die dies used. Covered the Northern Star with Glitter. Cutting Die Rectangle die also used. Sentiment Computer generated.
