This little sweetie is a Kraftin' Kimmie Stamp Coloured with Copics and fussy cut.
I've used papers and felt snow from stash. A snow Embossing folder on the Craft Express Circle dies. Marianne Tree/Snowflake covered with Micro Glass Beads. Crafts-Too Reindeer die.
