That's how many days are left until Christmas! Now if you are think about posting your cards at the beginning of December?  Yikes! time's going on.....

I spotted a Teddy Boo on a Challenge and decided I must use some of mine again..The poor little critters have been filed away for soooo long!  When a digi hasn't been used for a while, you tend to forgot how much you loved them, I have a folder of these little bears and I wondered who to pick!  So out came  TEDDYBEA-011  isn't she a sweetie...
 I was really out of my comfort zone too......Firstly because it's a CAS card, and secondly because one of my Challenges has to use Sequins!  I coloured her with Copics..... LOts of glitter on her wings and hat...A marker pen were the sequins had to be placed.. Computer sentiment..... Papers from stash..
The only good thing was: The sequins!     I've a full card of different colours lurking in a drawer a kind DIL's father bought them for me for Christmas.    I just knew that they would come in handy..

On this Pink/Green day! I'm saying this cause every card I've done this week is Pink/Green!

It was my Birthday last month, and with some of my monies I bought a House-Mouse CD...I had wanted one for  quite a while so I took the plunge!  Coloured with Copics..Sky distress ink Broken China! Now I know the post says 'Summer Holidays' but, not everyone can go to the sea-side lol...These little meeces look to content to bother!   Paper-pieced the large meece also the small one that I've put on a 'tag'  Papers/Embellishments from stash.

Twist: Sports...

I choose Jump rope I mean come on if a girl gets to a certain age she's going to stick to something she knows she can do lol.. Boy! she sure is enjoying herself...

Coloured with Copics. I used my Cameo to cut her out and made the rope a little thicker and paper pieced it on..There's Crackle Accents on them glasses to give her the 'steamed' up look...Broken China distress ink for the sky..Edge the green papers with Peeled Paint.... MB trees and felt cloud...EK Success flowers. Sentiment computer..

PINK/GREEN

Good Afternoon!
I am doing well, hubby watched Football last night as I should imagine lots did!
Me? It gave me time to Craft..No distractions and a cup of Coffee at half-time..Bliss.....This morning all my washing was out on the line and brought in by lunch time...Ironed and Airing..Now wait for the School Run!

This little sweetie lives at Artbymiran and she's called Autumn Mindy . But, she can be used any time of year lol...I must admit I had bought a Christmas image a couple of weeks ago, but, have not got round to colouring her in!  Then Mr Random picked me out in one of their Challenges and I got to choose another two! This is one of them...I LOve their 'big' eyes' Coloured with Copics...LOts of Glossy Accents on her glasses...Papers/Embellishments from stash..Crealie dies for the leaves...

Nearly went a week without making a Christmas card lol..

Now this little cutie lives at From The Heart Stamps and he's called 'Winter Friends' Now over at From The Heart  blog they have a Stamp of the Month Challenge If you play along every month you get an image sent for free! This is this months ...Seeing as I spent over $10.. which was easy to do he came free! Whooo!     Which means I will get next months free too..Now I'm all for Freebies lol..
Coloured with Copics.. The scarf has been paper pieced,  I know it's the same digi scarf, but, I cut it out again and recoloured .. ...... Glitter on the Muffle..Diamond Dust for snow and the Marieanne die was covered with Clear Micro Glass Beads..I always think of birds in two's lol..So there's another on the tree just keeping an eye on his friend...The sentiment is one of three that comes with the image! Papers/Ribbon from stash..Spellbinder dies also used..

PAINT!!

Good Evening!
We've had lovely weather again today in the UK.. So not much time for card making lol..

This little cutie lives at fromtheheartstamps another of these Birdbrain chicks! I do love the little guys..This one is called Birdbrain Wine You do get lots of funny sentiments with it, but, seeing as I've followed the sketch

I didn't put one on..

Boy! This was a hard one for me..The twist was Paint ( Acrylic or Watercolour etc} Talk about mixing blue/reds and a bit of white! greens and  bits of black! Water as well! Yikes even I was in a 'twist' lol.. I needed the rest of this bottle of wine when I was finished..Okay the bird might be a bit too yellow?

But, as my Dad always used to say " At least you tried".. Papers from stash...So I'm entering it in this week Challenge over at From the Heart

Off to make a Christmas card now lol...

Before I sign off I have some VERY sad news..
I  just started my second year with Digi Haven.. when Denise our Boss/Owner/Coordinator/Friend had to close the Challenges down....Denise is such a wonderful person who found out that she has a serious medical diagnosis with an unfavourable outcome..If you believe in the power of prayer..Denise and her family need ALL the prayers you can give her right now..Please pray for this lovely lady. xx
